International Identity – Unified Voice
OBJECTIVE: Nestle came to Creative Compound with a need for new training and recruitment materials, but were unclear of exactly what they wanted.

SOLUTION: Creative Compound took their general idea and made it an effective reality. We created materials that were not only informative about what was expected of a Nestle employee, but also defined Nestle’s international identity in a unified voice. We understood that Nestle considers their employees the key to the company’s success and that nothing can be achieved without their engagement.

RESULT: We gave Nestle employees the “Total Nestle Experience,” reflecting the philosophy of the corporation they loved to work for. We promoted open communication and active cooperation and encouraged two-way communication between employees and upper level management.
