Background: A sculptural, compact four-story building created in collaboration with chef Jordan Kahn to house the avant-garde restaurant Vespertine. Defined by its twisting form and signature steel fin “waffle” grid, the structure transforms a 33-by-33-foot footprint into an immersive vertical experience.
